some real time and care was put into this app. i love the graphics and it makes using the app very personal. It synced with my ioS Health which was neat. Something different was that they list the sources they use to draw conclusions and i appreciate that transparency!

Fuel has helped me change my mindset when it comes to calories and movement. Where I used to be so restrictive and controlling of what I ate and how/when I moved, Fuel has helped me find balance and continue to track my movement and meals with gentle reminders to move and easily accessible and adjustable calorie counting so I can continue to grow a healthier mindset.

This app is awesome. Before I started using it, I struggled to track my calorie intake. Now that I am using it, I find I have a much bigger incentive to pay attention to both my exercise and my calorie intake. I love the presentation!
