We have worked hard to improve our service response and are pleased to advise that our help line, Ph. 1300 457 467 is now avialable to assist enquiries 24/7. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-02-25* This app is terrible. The only way to receive fuel in Bollon Qld is via this app, there is also very poor service in Bollon. To download the app took an hour, once downloaded the app has failed to verify my phone number to begin the process of getting the account, for 3 days. There is no where in the app to request help or submit problems or any numbers to call etc. not only that, the sign on the diesel pump says “turn off all mobile phones” but you literally need the phone for the fuel, that’s besides the app not working. It will be costing IOR a tonne of money in Bollon and leaving a lot of people stranded. Absolutely shocking app ### 1/5 — This App needs work *2021-04-29, version 3.21* Unable to update my mobile phone number so I called the Help number which was a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother!! Complete waste of time! *2019-05-06* Easy to download etc but doesn’t work! Took almost an hour loading app, reloaded app as it wouldn’t open, trying different cards (debit & credit) but still no joy. **Developer response:** We apologise for your experience. It is not intuitive and I still have no idea how to use it. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. In repsonse, we have installed instructional posters at Fuelcharge locations with specific usage & help line instructions. Please follow the easy 3 step process and you'll be ready to continue on your journey in no time! ### 2/5 — App crashes *2020-11-04* I never received an invoice via email. The app crashes when I select Accounts. I rang customer support & they said we’d send you an invoice which never arrived. iPhone 11 IOS 14.1 **Developer response:** We apologise for your experience. Fuelcharge looks forward to welcoming you back on your next journey. ### 3/5 — Still some bugs to fix *2023-02-24* Hi folks, when you add the email pop up, the app successfully moves to the verification code input, but the small delay till email arrives results in the pop up terminating and returning to main screen. Tried three times and failed to catch the pop up. Latest IOS on XSMax phone. If you did not save your name before, then it’s start over again. Getting ready to use the app but this part could be looked at to just hold the pop up timer or whatever on to complete. Just FYI. ### 4/5 — Handy locations *2024-11-21* Went past loads of these sites on a recent trip from Brisbane to Victoria.
