Downloaded the app for cheaper gas. Go through the trouble to make the account. Then, it won’t connect to the pump to authorize. Then, it locks me out for 24 hours. Waste of time.

I have a difficult time using a debit card from TD Bank. The system will not accept it. I went to bank and the card is good. Card works elsewhere but not either FuelCo

I am somebody who has to get gas every single day who also happens to be a creature of habit. I started using this app because at the time the discounted gas was well cheaper than the competitors.

But as those competitor prices drop the discounted gas Did not. Still being a creature of habit and liking the fact that I can just pay through the app and not have to pull all my stuff out at the pump I continue to come to the store. The employees are great and there’s a good selection of drinks inside and I feel like it’s a safe place.

But suddenly, the app is no longer functioning properly. A few days ago, it was rejecting me over and over again. But I was able to pay inside and still get the discount.

Yesterday the app totally logged me out, forced me to redo my pin number and my password and everything but then worked so I was perfectly fine with that just thinking it was an App reset. However, tonight it’s back to the same old thing where it’s not working and I can’t pay inside because it’s declining me inside as well. There is money in my account and there’s no reason whatsoever for me to be declined.

The app doesn’t even decline me it just acts like nothing is going through.

I am giving this app one more shot. Tonight was the second night I had to pay full price for gas Which is way more than any of the gas stations around it. My loyalty extends to the basic things like the app that this gas station advertises heavily for all of us to use to work properly. If the company can’t even get their app going, then it’s just not worth my time to come out here to this gas station anymore.

works most of the time. Occasionally, it’s a little fluky. I believe due to Wi-Fi issues.  would really like to be able to add a Vehicle name or number.

This gas station is terrible always having problems with the app and the gas pumps are the slowest gas pumps around it will take a good 5 to 10 minutes to fill your car up. When the app doesn’t work you need to go inside and they give you the discount but you have to give them a amount you want and then if you guessed to high then it’s a process to get the money back it’s not worth the savings they won’t do anything to the pumps to pump faster they always say it’s the filers need to be changed my question is the gas that bad that you always have to change the filters will. Not be back not worth it

When I first got the app it was great but it stopped working. The app never works for me and the employees there don’t know how to fix it. They promote a price that you don’t end up paying. You pay more because the app doesn’t work.

On July 7, I went to the gas station on Bronx River Road and they would not accept my card. I went inside and they could not take my card inside either and I had to end up paying the higher price. Two weeks previously I went to fill up again and again, my card was not honored. I don’t know why this is happening, I do have a different car but it has the same plate number. I have called your office four times and they promise to call back but I never received a call back. If you want to keep using your card, I would suggest that you get back to me and fix this issue.
