### 2/5 — Forced log out with update! Zero response to password reset!

I am quite disappointed that this app which cost a fair chunk lot of money for one year has zero customer service. There’s no way to reset your password. When the app updates forces you to log out! Then the password doesn’t work anymore and you hit forget password it says send an email! You’all do not answer the emails so what’s the point! Do you care to respond if I start slamming the reviews with negative factual information?
