Really illuminated how bad I was at fueling on feel.  I of course knew that, but seeing it in real time helped me learn to correct it and get used to training my gut better.  Excellent tool!

This app was a great tool for my training, the ability to hand-select which terrain, and the food I ate either before during gave me a great chance to make sure I am working out properly. It’s also super easy to import your activity from Garmin or Strava. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking to avoid the bonk!
