It does not show fuelman sites I know FOR SURE are in the network. In fact I just fueled up with diesel at a site I’ve been using for years and it does not show up for either gas nor diesel. Several other sites nearby that I know are in the network also do not show up. Yes, I made sure my settings were correct. The app will cost you $30 per month to use. This company has been the worst I have ever dealt with. They charge several fees every month, customer service is terrible and you are on hold forever when you call in to resolve an issue. However there are a ton of fees they add to your bill. There is no autopay option. If you miss you pay date they charge outrageous late fees. 2 or 3 times what you owed them in the first place. G. and if ever think about using this company will be a failure for your company, they don’t value the customers and if you have any issues with payment they’re going to get someone on the phone and tell lies. My issues are current with this company and if you owe a bill and cancel the service, Fuelman is going to report it to the credit bureau to hurt your company instead resolving the issues. ### 1/5 — Need to update app! *2023-02-25* The gas stations listed on the app are not the same as the gas stations listed on the actual website. In my area it shows that we can use the Fuelman fuel cards at every gas station around, but the website has next to no gas stations listed that are in my area. Why would you make a Fleet card that restricts what gas stations you are able to go to? ### 1/5 — Bad Costumer Service *2022-12-09, version 4.8.8* Received my card as brand new account. Called costumer service maybe 10 times to activate my cards, but didn’t work. Each time I called , they said different things which I normally shouldn’t be aware of. Card activation, account setup , card lock, account unlock, etc . I see the problem . Their IT background is weak, and BA is not aware of that Bussines. I’ll close my account before they charge me monthly fee. ### 1/5 — $75 ONE DAY LATE FEE? *2022-11-15, version 4.8.8* I wasn’t able to login to my account. Spent the next 2 days before payment due date trying to reach customer support for help through email, text messages and phone calls but no response. Then finally got hold of someone on the third day who helped reset my password. And then came along with a $75 LATE FEE! WHO CHARGES A $75 one DAY LATE FEE IN 2022? The most heaviest late fee I’ve ever had to pay on anything. Totally forgot why I got this card in the first place. The gas stations within the network are usually more expensive . Making it difficult for us to actually use the card. Seriously considering terminating this card. ### 1/5 — Petty thieves *2022-07-25, version 4.8.8* I’m having to turn these pathetic folks into the Consumer Protection Agency. Charging late fees on closed accounts along with the worst customer service possible. STAY AWAY!! Don’t go through the same waste of time trying these yahoos that I did. Absolutely garbage. ### 1/5 — App Needs Revamp and Live Updates *2022-05-06, version 4.8.8* I’m a new customer with fuelman and this app is in a huge need of a revamp with updates and live informative information when using it. I see myself using the wire more than the app realistically because the information is not up to date and to stay on top of my fleet I need to know real live updates and information in which this app is not giving me like more or others. Sometimes I don’t want to waste time having to put in a site and login to stay up to date with information when I’m fact that’s what an app is supposed to do. ### 1/5 — Total crap *2022-03-17, version 4.8.8* Erroneous info. Places marked 18 wheeler access and truck parking. Get there and it is a small minimart and my rig is longer than the lot. If I looking for the closest gas station it tells me or the maintenance job it tells me the closest locations. Ridiculous for sure, but the app does work after scrolling right through the junk. Upcoming big road trip... This app is every bit as accurate as the FuelMan website (not very) in giving you sites that accept and their fuel types. Things change, that's life. Call ahead to avoid disappointment and wasted time. ### 4/5 — Crane operators tangible savior *2012-01-09, version 2.0* This app has saved me countless times And it deserves a five star for that However it would be nice to have more radius miles locations for faster access to station locations. So i rated ir a four. I drive an oversize crane and an over loaded rigging truck with my weights and I use this app to plot my route around deficient roads and it's not unusual to refuel multiple times in a day in case my next job is an area where noone carries fuelman. Ie between elk city ok and Perryton tx I agree with a previous review for an option to leave notes to other users if sites don't take fuelman anymore or yet. NOW you've got an app, my friend!
