## What is FuelPlan?

PLAN IT
Answer a few questions about your weight, goal, and race format (ultra, road, or backyard). FuelPlan builds carb, fluid, and sodium targets based on modern endurance fueling guidance. Add the organizer GPX, then place aid stations and drop bags directly on the course profile.

PACK WHAT YOU OWN
Track your gels, mixes, and bars in My Fuel. FuelPlan builds your kit from your real inventory, including flask-capped drink mix, and automatically deducts what you use after the race. Missing a product? Add it.

RACE IT LIVE
On race day, your plan becomes a live screen: what to take now, what’s next, where the next aid station is, and what to do there. Reminders keep firing even with your phone locked in your vest. Afterward, compare planned intake with what you actually got down.
