I’ve never used gels on my run before and this app made me realize that it was a huge mistake. I followed this plan, started added gels and gained a ton of speed on my long runs. Great app

Before Fuelstate, I would just guess how many gels to take on my training runs, but now I have personalized plans with the products I already have at home. Looking forward to continued training with fuelstate and ultimately using it on race day!
