## What is Fuerza?

Fuerza is a workout app built for the gym floor. Walk in with your plan ready, log a set in one tap, keep rest and music inside the session, and see exactly which lifts are climbing.
It also has an opinion about your next set. A coach reads your own log and the note you leave between sets, then hands you the next target and the reason it moved: up when you had room, held when you flagged pain.

This is not another tracker that only writes down the past. Fuerza trains you forward, and every screen has one job.

THE COACH TELLS YOU WHAT TO LIFT NEXT
• Beat last time, set by set, off your own logged history, not a generic template.
• Your note moves the number. Write "easy" and today earns a push. Write "shoulder pain" and it holds the load and remembers the pattern.
• Every target shows why it moved, so you are never guessing whether to add weight. It is a coach, not a calculator.
• When several lifts stall at once, it calls fatigue and hands you a lighter week before you grind into a wall.

SMARTER ON IPHONES WITH APPLE INTELLIGENCE
• On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, an on-device AI writes a plain-language read of your training, so you see the story behind the numbers.
• It only advises. Your targets, 1RM, volume, and streak are computed by the app and stay exact, and the coaching works on every supported iPhone, with or without Apple Intelligence.

SEE THE WORK PAY OFF
• Estimated 1RM, weekly volume, and your streak, read at a glance.
• A coach's read of your last 30 days tells you which lifts are climbing and which stalled.
• Leave a lift unfinished and it rolls to a day you pick instead of vanishing.

NOTHING PULLS YOU OUT OF THE SET
• Focus mode puts one lift on screen: the set you are on, the target, and one button to log it. Switch to List when you want the whole day in view.
• Press and hold a weight or reps number and slide to change it, so you never open a keyboard mid set.
• Rest starts itself the moment you log, so you are not hunting for a timer between sets.
• Log the next set from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island, without opening the app.
• Apple Music and Spotify controls sit inside the workout, so your phone stays in your pocket.

START FROM A REAL PLAN, NOT AN EMPTY APP
• Paste any program as plain text, from Notes, a coach's text, or a forum post, and it becomes a real, editable plan in seconds.
• Paste your old logs as text and your history comes with you, checked before it lands.
• Track weight or machine level, reps or seconds for holds and carries, with an activation cue and how-to steps on every movement.

BILINGUAL BY DESIGN
• Full English and Latin-American Spanish, not machine-translated menus.
• 255 exercises carry the Spanish names gyms actually use, and the coach and import understand Spanish and Spanglish, then read back in natural Spanish.

THE ONLY CATCH: THERE ISN'T ONE
• Free. No account to create, no subscription to cancel, no ads, no analytics.
• No Fuerza account and no Fuerza servers, so your workouts stay on this iPhone. Only optional music artwork and controls reach Apple or Spotify.
• Back up everything, set notes included, to one file you can restore on your next iPhone. Deleting the app deletes the data, so export before you do.

First run is a working demo, not a slideshow. Fuerza hands you a real set to log, so you learn it by doing it: tap, rest, adjust, lift again.

Spend the workout lifting, not managing the workout.

*2026-08-06*

A well polished workout app that is unique and doing what no other workout app can!

## Frequently asked questions about Fuerza

### What is Fuerza's primary function?

Fuerza acts as a workout log and coach, analyzing your past performance and notes to suggest your next set. It aims to train you forward by providing personalized targets and reasons for adjustments.

### How does Fuerza use AI in its coaching?

On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, an on-device AI provides a plain-language read of your training history. This AI offers advice based on your logged data and notes, helping you understand your progress.

### Can Fuerza import existing workout plans?

Yes, Fuerza allows you to paste any program as plain text from sources like Notes or a coach's text. It converts this into an editable plan within seconds, and can also import old logs.

### Does Fuerza have ads or require a subscription?

No, Fuerza is completely free with no account creation, subscription, ads, or analytics. Your workout data is kept private as there are no Fuerza servers.

### How does Fuerza handle user feedback like pain?

You can leave notes between sets, such as 'shoulder pain.' Fuerza reads these notes and adjusts your next target accordingly, holding the load or remembering the pattern to prevent injury.

### What are the logging features in Fuerza?

Fuerza allows logging a set in one tap, with rest starting automatically. You can also log from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island, and adjust weights or reps by sliding instead of typing.

### Is Fuerza available in multiple languages?

### What kind of workout data does Fuerza track?

Fuerza tracks weight or machine level, reps or seconds for holds and carries, and includes activation cues and how-to steps for each movement. It also displays estimated 1RM, weekly volume, and your streak.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-08-20

• Treadmill and cardio sessions now log the way you'd actually say them: enter a distance and a time and Fuerza works out your average speed, or enter a speed and a time and it works out the distance. Any two fill in the third, and a distance you type yourself is always kept.
• Incline now reads correctly on saved sessions. A 2% incline was showing up as "20ncline".
• Logging a set from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island now shows up right away when you reopen the app, instead of leaving you on the set before it.
• The Lock Screen now only checks off sets you actually logged. Skipping ahead to set 4 no longer marks the sets you passed over as done.
• Adding an exercise in the middle of a workout puts the cursor straight in the search field, so you can start typing without hunting for it.
• Your daily total no longer gets cut off on the home screen on days you lifted and did cardio.
• Fixed a crash that could close the app when you deleted a session from your history.
• Everything new ships in Spanish too.

### 1.4 — 2026-08-17

• The Lock Screen and Dynamic Island card is redesigned: every set in the exercise is listed as weight × reps, with the one you’re on marked, so you can see what you owe without unlocking.
• The card follows the set you’re actually on rather than the next one in the list, and Log records exactly the set the card is showing before moving on.
• The rest countdown is larger and sits directly above the Log button, so the card reads at a glance between sets.
• Check off a set without typing anything and it records the coach’s target weight and reps instead of an empty set.
• Text import, exercise details, and the assistant keep working when Apple Intelligence is off or unavailable on your iPhone.
• Stopping a coach summary while it writes no longer leaves a half-finished one in its place.
• iOS 26: the tab bar now uses Apple’s own Liquid Glass, tabs no longer leave an empty gap under their content, and switching tabs is smoother. The iOS 18 dock is unchanged.
• Full-screen music player: cover art fills the screen behind frosted controls and no longer goes blank between songs.
• Faster scrolling through the exercise library.
• The welcome tour can import a program you already have, so you can paste it in and start training without finishing the tour first.
• Everything new ships in Spanish too.

### 1.3 — 2026-08-11

Fuerza 1.3 puts the set first. Focus mode now leads every workout, the Plan and Home screens are rebuilt around what you are doing next, and setup gets you lifting sooner.

• Focus leads every workout: start on one lift at a time, with the set, the target, and the reason it moved in view. List is one tap away when you want the whole day, and you never lose your place.
• Rebuilt Plan and Home: a two-week calendar of train, done, and rest days, a Today card that leads with intent, and a coach that owns the Start or Catch Up button so you always know the next move.
• Faster setup: paste a program or pick a ready-made split right in the first run, or skip it and set up later. The tour is shorter and hands you a real set to log.
• Back up everything: save one file with your whole history, your set notes, your plans, and your settings, then restore it on a new iPhone.
• Unfinished lifts carry forward: at finish, pick which skipped lifts move to a future day instead of vanishing.
• Rest polish: a Lock Screen rest chime, steadier timing, and a cleaner locked-phone workout state.
• More Latin-American Spanish: fixed English and imperial wording that used to slip through to Spanish and metric lifters.
• Accessibility and reliability: full VoiceOver labels, larger 44pt touch targets, whole-surface tappable controls, and steadier layouts at large text sizes across onboarding, history, plan, workout, and settings.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-06

Goals with deadlines. Pick a target lift and a date, and Fuerza paces it off your estimated 1RM.

Sharper coaching. Your progress is graded against your own best pace, not a generic curve, and the coach prescribes a deload when you've earned one.

Debriefs. Finish a session and see every lift graded against its target. The last planned workout of the week turns your Home brief into a report.

Also: faster mid-workout adds, cardio in mph, and a lot of Spanish fixes. The AI coach now speaks Spanish.
