初めての富士登山でこのアプリに会いました
やり方よく分かりませんでした。

パスワードを忘れたのでリセットしようとしたら、再度知識テストとユーザ情報の登録(氏名、住所など)を入力しなければならなかった。

また、あるメールアドレスを使って登録作業を進めていたところ、認証コードの入力画面で「戻る」ボタンを押したところそれ以降そのメールアドレスが使えなくなった。「すでに登録されてます」と出るからだ。いや、理屈はわかりますけど、一度戻るボタンを押しただけでそうなるのはおかしいと思います。

管理体制の混乱、前後で矛盾する登山ガイドライン、誤りや不正確な内容を含む登山知識の発信、まるで山小屋の宿泊が「免罪符」のように扱われる運用、完成度の低い予約システム、徴収しているのは「通行料」なのか「手数料」なのか、それとも「登山料金」なのかという位置付けの曖昧さ、さらに徴収した費用は利益なのか、それとも具体的に何に使われているのかが分かりにくい点。

入山料はウェブで払わなければならず、このアプリはeラーニングの学習に使ったり入山証を提示したりするもの。普通にアプリ内で払えるようにはできなかったのだろうか。そして支払い方法はクレジットカードもしくは電子マネーのApple Pay、Google Pay、PayPayの四種類の支払い方法が用意されているが、銀行振込やコンビニ払い等の方法は用意されていないので、それは配慮されてないかなと感じました。ただ、それらも普及してきてるのでまあ悪くはないかなとは思います。ただ正直面倒です。富士宮ルートより富士吉田ルートの方が入山前後両方楽かもしれませんね
