This app used to be really easy to use, not anymore!! You can’t delete photos out of the app either ### 2/5 — App is dumb *2025-12-14, version 3.10* It won’t let me add more photos. ### 2/5 — Just ok *2025-05-16, version 3.10* Getting photos to the process of submitting the print job is fine, nothing great. What is really not good about the app is once you click your last button to submit, you get no notification that it’s accepted or confirmation number on screen, you have to leave the app wait for the email. If you have a large amount to print, your order confirmation nor anywhere in the app allows you verify which pictures you have in a particular order. Therefore if you’re unsure of you previously selected it….. you either don’t print it or you print a duplicate. ### 2/5 — Blanks out *2022-06-27, version 3.7* I think the app is a great way to do simple prints quickly and it’s very easy to use. But as soon as you click on the album and go to scroll, it’s completely blanks out and you have to restart the app. It’s very frustrating. Will not make that mistake again. In order to use the kiosk cables I had to download this app. It continually asked for permission to access my photos (which I had already granted multiple times). After much confusion at the kiosk (I was being helped by a Walmart associate) because this app and its functionality when it’s directly connected to the kiosk is so convoluted I finally got my pictures. I got home and opened my phone to check emails during which the app popped up again asking for permission to access my photos. I immediately deleted the app right then. Like I said, I’ll be taking my own cable connection next time. ### 1/5 — Bad *2020-10-02, version 3.6* This app for my iPhone is terrible. If I try to order from the kiosk It won’t let me select any of my photos. If I use the the order from store option it gives me an error about half way through that “an error has occurred”. Terrible Results *2025-06-16, version 3.10* Because the terminals for instant print are so broken no matter what Walmart I go to, I rely on other ways to print. One of the negatives I have always experienced with using the app to send photos is there is ALWAYS a white bar on my photos. Like the app crops my photos and doesn’t use the full 4x6. Another issue I’ve come across a couple of times is it cropping the photo where I’ve told it NOT to crop. This last time that I’ve used this app has ruined 4 photos that I will need to go somewhere to reprint. It has completely cropped 3 photos in a way that has taken out important parts of the photo. The fourth photo is the absolute worst. Now? It deletes my photos. I lost 600 photos and honestly just gave up. The last time I made an order, I never got any emails saying part of my order was ready. I have half an order still needing to be picked up, they notified Walmart that it was delivered, but they never found it. I tried contacting fuji and never got a response. Our local stores kiosks have some issues (that they’re working on) so when none of the cords work, both attached or plugged in, it makes it so much easier. I have noticed recently that with the Christmas stuff coming in on the in store kiosk that a lot of the options aren’t in the app. I recently learned a new way to transfer just certain photos through here instead of every photo in my phone.
