## What is Fulfil management app?

One commonly known time-management approach involves alternating periods of focused work with short breaks. Repeating these cycles is generally considered helpful for maintaining concentration and supporting productivity.

For example, a widely introduced method suggests working for about 25 minutes followed by a short break, and after repeating this cycle several times, taking a longer break. Work and break durations can be adjusted based on personal preferences and needs.

This type of time-management concept is often associated with the use of a tomato-shaped timer, which is said to have influenced the naming of the method.
