The app loads but there's no workout for me to tap on ### 2/5 — Major flaw in version 7.0.5 *2026-04-18, version 7.0.5* Previously downloaded rides are not found by version 7.0.5, yet they remain on the iPad with no way to delete them. This has FulGaz taking up 65% of the space on my iPad. Some report the only way to fix this is to delete the app and reinstall it. The ride videos are awesome in quality, the variety of rides available is huge, the POV perspective of real ride videos is a great alternative to a game-like environment. The recent update has changed things. The app is now buggy, with issues ranging from “buttons” that don’t click to videos that just do not run reliably. Before that big update, I would have recommended the app to anyone. Managed one ride no issues, second ride FulGaz stopped running then crashed. Then the app went to login failed and I’ve not been able to log back in. Last thing I wanted to be trying while mid workout. Note- full WiFi connection at all times. 👎 ### 4/5 — only alone *2025-05-23, version 5.3.14* group ride doesn't work on iphone or mcbook ### 2/5 — App update *2025-05-15, version 5.3.14* Update just turns ### 3/5 — Didn’t work for me (Tacx Flow Smart Trainer) *2025-04-06, version 5.3.1* I really liked the overall impression of the software: the movies, the visuals during the ride, the routes, the features available, etc. But it was constantly lagging the resistance, so my trainer had no sync wit what I was seeing on the screen. ### 2/5 — Constant log-in problems *2025-02-07, version 5.3.3* I’ve used FulGaz for four years and have enjoyed it. However, recent and persistent log-in issues for absolutely no reason make it unreliable. Don’t expect to train, because you’ll get prepped and clipped in and it’ll be asking you login again… and when you try, you’ll get the ‘invalid E-mail/password combination’ message. You’ll then find that you can’t get into your account. Once you’ve gone through the plethora of AI bots and help menus, support may come back to you in a few days. Not much good when you’re paying for it and are unable to train. For this reason, I’m switching Apps and cancelling my Direct Debit. ### 2/5 — Won’t download *2025-01-22, version 5.3.3* I have used this app for about 7 years. It was always slow to download rides on the app but now it won’t download at all. ### 3/5 — Quality Videos - WHEN it works *2025-01-07, version 5.3.1* The quality and variety of the rides in FG is excellent, so many options form all over the world. Unfortunately, problems exist that I can’t overlook. For example, every time, and I mean every time, I go to use the app, it won’t connect to any of my devices (Wahoo, Power Meter, HR Monitor) I have to reboot my MacBook Pro before FG will connect, every time. Note that this is the ONLY app running on the MacBook and no other app has used the Wahoo, PM, HR monitor. This in and of itself is unacceptable. There are some other minor issues I could overlook, and a couple other that seem to be random but are unacceptable (e.g., video freezing, missing links). So I really wanted this app to work but until issues can be addressed, can’t recommend. Rides dont upload, constantly buffering, cant upload half a ride, cannot trim the rides anymore, have to reset ipad every time i want to ride, when i open the app it welcomes me with my name but have to still logibn and then their ius always a login error. This update has really made me think twice about moving to another platform ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2026-04-19, version 7.0.5* I have used this app for over six years and been very happy until the last two weeks. Then all of a sudden my entire six year history has disappeared with all my information as well. An email to customer services has been ignored. My regret is that I have an annual subscription paid until December so eight months wasted. I imagine it’s to do with the new owners who clearly want me to move to a group based app which I don’t want. Glitches all the time with no video movement on screen! ### 1/5 — Worst video quality imaginable *2025-02-27, version 5.3.3* On an Apple TV the resolution and compression of the video files is so massive that the resulting picture is horrible. Looks like 480p with extremely high compression. And even then high details like leaves on trees make playback stutter at about 2-3 frames per second. Unusable. I guess they want to save bandwidth. There are many other problems too. It was fine 3-4 years ago but they haven’t done anything since then. I’ve been using Zwift since I got it and while it worked and was ok I just wasn’t supper impressed with the ERG mode as it was made more to follow a certain training workout rather than the terrain and the videos weren’t real. I road the Windsor Great Park ride tonight and I love FulGaz’s HD real videos of real places so you actually get to ride places you may or may not ever get to visit and the ERG mode really seemed to follow the video and displayed grade very well. Also this was the first ride since getting the trainer were my average speed inside matched what I normally average outside. I look forward to more rides to explore different trails! One Con I just realized about FulGaz is it doesn’t upload your rides to their server so you can’t review your past rides on another device as past rides only reside on the device were you were running the app at the time. You can get around this limitation by having it automatically upload your rides to Strava or one of the few other options. 2026 The latest update wiped cleared many of the settings back to default like imperial vs metric and I had to sign back in plus my trainer reacted to hills very differently than it has been lately so I had to adjust some of the trainer feel settings, it also lost all my ride history so I'm glad I had it all going to Strava. Luckily it did retain my favorite ride list. ### 5/5 — Brilliant *2026-01-15, version 6.0.5* Running Fulgaz on a Mac Air M1 connected to Wahoo Kickr Core 2. Works brilliantly for me. Quality of the filming is superb. Huge choice of rides from around the world. Over 2000 rides, all types of terrain and difficulty, such variety, technically it works really well. I like the real video rather than the computer generated with avatars. The staff at full is hard-working and receptive to ideas and feedback. I have filmed a few rides myself and they are in the process of being turned into actual rides, and it's been fun and interesting. Would highly recommend FulGaz. ### 5/5 — Really realistic and easy to use *2024-09-19, version 5.0.26* I’m using FulGaz for 3 years now, I did some research before subscribing FulGaz as there were many other such as Strava, Swift, Peleton etc. The subscription price p.a. is very fair compared to others and I gave it a try. I liked the 4K-videos very much as well as the competitive part of the riding during training as well as the routes I can chose and the FluGaz-Competitions. All in all it’s very entertaining to ride, at the moment I’m participating at the Ironman Sprint Challenge: this challenge is sometimes very unrealistic as the videos are taken by car and not by bike making it difficult to assess my own performance compared to others. All in all I like training and riding FulGaz very much and want to thank you guys putting that much effort into your App and Webpage!
