## What is Fulgix?

Fulgix builds your gym program in a sixty-second conversation - then coaches you through every week of it.

THE COACH INTERVIEW
Answer five quick questions (full body or split, the muscles to emphasize, your equipment, your days, your age) - or just type it. Fulgix assembles a repeating training week from a curated catalog of 230 exercises with real photos and step-by-step form notes, and shows exactly which muscles each day hits on a glowing anatomy map.

BUILT AROUND YOUR EQUIPMENT - FOR REAL
Machines only? Free weights? Bodyweight at home? Fulgix treats equipment as a hard rule, not a suggestion. A machines-only program will never sneak in a barbell lift.

FOLLOW MODE
The Today tab turns each session into tappable cards: check off sets, log weights on a smooth ruler scrubber, and Fulgix keeps your place even if you leave mid-workout. Finishing a session feeds your history, streaks and weekly volume - and saves a strength-training workout to Apple Health if you allow it (write-only: Fulgix never reads your health data).

TALK TO YOUR PROGRAM
Something not right? Tell the coach in plain words - "the leg press is always taken", "make Tuesdays shorter" - and it reworks the week in place. Every exercise can be swapped or removed from the program view.

A 230-EXERCISE LIBRARY
Browse and search the full catalog, filter by muscle on the anatomy map, and open any exercise for photos, primary and secondary muscles, and how-to steps.

PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
Programs are generated on your iPhone by Apple's on-device intelligence - or, if you choose, by Apple Private Cloud Compute. No account. No ads. No analytics. No data collected, at all.

FULGIX PRO
The interview, your first program, follow mode, the exercise library and your history are free forever - nothing is blurred or teased. Fulgix Pro adds program regeneration, editing by chat, and AI exercise swaps: subscription with a 1-week free trial on the yearly plan, or a one-time lifetime unlock.

Minor improvements and polish. Thanks for the launch-week support!
