I've tried on wifi and using cell data; it just won't connect to a network. At all. ### 1/5 — Help!! *2021-11-14, version 1.8* It was working fine then the app suddenly logged out. I just signed up for a subscription and now it is asking me to sign up again and I can’t get into the app. I tried app support and it won’t load. Can you cancel my subscription. First off- making you pay before previewing any of the app features is inconvenient. But Iv been looking for a great natural minded tracking app so I was willing to give it a go. Unfortunately it’s just not up to what I need it for. If you looking for a very basic app that will also tell you the moon phases, this is it. But that’s all it is. I wish there was the option to create an account and access from anywhere. I wish there were options to: view the months as wholes instead of by moon cycles, Input your birthday and get star sign updates( or have info on how your sign handles cycles, anything cool and insightful. All they have was a quote and the moon phase. Unless I’m missing something.) and options for those with odd cycles. As with most tracking apps- it’s impossible to use if you have multiple periods a month, so doesn’t work for irregular cycles like mine. It’s a really cool concept. I just wish there was more to it. Not worth paying a yearly fee for. Also- it kept crashing while using it. I’d be happy to give it a go in the future. ### 1/5 — Must instantly subscribe to access any part of app *2021-10-20, version 1.8* Unless you subscribe, all you get is a subscription window. Waste of time for me honestly. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-10-19, version 1.8* Every time I open this app it tells me server not responding. Remember frustrating since I was willing to pay for the yearly subscription but I guess I’ll cancel and delete since there’s some issue with the server or something :( ### 3/5 — Right idea *2021-10-19, version 1.8* This app has the right idea, but really needs a more polished execution. The theme is overwhelming (the grey sky theme is frankly unusable and the graphics do not preform well on a iPhone 12 max). I like the idea of the moon phases and period, but there’s a very clunky “1999” vibe to it with large text, grainy photos and a lack of intuitive use. Inability to add your own period length or cycle length in the settings is undesirable. With enough polish this app could honestly be popular and great to use, but it requires a cleaner UI for the average person to give up their tried and true cycle app. While I normally have a cycle app + a traditional moon cycle app, combining it would be great. You’re on the right track, perhaps less Instagram ads (though yes, that is where I saw this) & more on smooth UI. ### 4/5 — Love app but has a glitch *2021-10-14, version 1.8* No way to contact, but every time I open my app, and I’m a subscriber, it asks me to restore purchase every single time. This is becoming annoying as I live using app-but if I delete I’ll lose all my data. ### 1/5 — Full Moon Calendar *2021-09-28* Downloaded trial had subscribe, app did not open properly & crashed. Removed from device within the hour. ### 4/5 — Insightful and easy to use *2021-09-19, version 1.8* App is very easy to use, love that it tells you what the sun is in and how easy it is to track moods, symptoms, menstruation periods etc. The only reason a star is lacking is because I believe the app would be a lot more useful if it offered tips as to what to do during certain times of the moon cycles (e.g ‘a good day to do manifestation’, ‘get creative to raise vibration’ or ‘avoid over-exertion during this time’). I use the app regularly for its current uses but then find myself heading to other sources for tips for what to do as I am still learning. This addition would be great for those who are new to tracking the moon cycles. Otherwise, fab app with a lovely layout! ### 5/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-08-17, version 1.7* I’m absolutely gutted as I love this app . I paid the subscription and then a few days later I constantly have this “downloading “ circle constantly right in the middle of the screen . I have deleted it and re-installed and tried everything but unfortunately it won’t go away , don’t know what else to do . This is a shame as it’s a lovely app .
