I love how fast and easy it is to communicate with the gym. However there shouldn’t be a reason that I couldn’t do it myself. If the admin was illegitimate, then my payment info would be stuck forever. I’ll raise to two stars as they could remove it but it should always be in the control of the payer. App users should always have a way to remove a payment option. It does not give a good feeling to have no control once it is inputted.
