And the red notification number never goes away even if I’ve read all of my messages. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever!! *2024-09-09, version 1.2.4* I really hate this app! It doesn’t work. It never loads, constantly have to close out of it get back in it and do it like 3 to 5 times in a row and just maybe maybe it’ll work. I am forced to have it because that’s what my daughters gymnastics use, but I really hate this app and if I can give it zero stars, I would, this app needs to go to the trash bin forever!! ### 1/5 — PCI Risk *2024-09-05, version 1.2.4* Slow to load/often have to force close and start over, constantly receive notification that app needs to refresh. I love how fast and easy it is to communicate with the gym. My daughters gym uses this app for notes and things and I can get pass pick a gym part. After I log in I can't pick any gyms so I can't see anything my daughter's coach has left . ### 1/5 — No way to remove stored payment option *2025-07-04* App users should always have a way to remove a payment option. It does not give a good feeling to have no control once it is inputted. I will update my review if this is addressed. ### 1/5 — Confusing, potentially even dishonorable, card storage policy *2025-05-30, version 2.3.0* Very frustrated that cards I’ve used for gym payments can’t be deleted from the app. I’m unable to change the expiration dates or cvv number nor can I delete them entirely from the account. This was an issue when I got new cards with the same card number but different dates and codes. 2 seemingly identical cards existed on the acct because it only shows last 4 digits not expiration date or cvv code. It’s even bigger issue now that my child hasn’t attended the gym for 2 months and I can’t remove my cards to stop them from charging me. Fullout should not be allowed to indefinitely store my card information when I want to delete it. It should also be easily accessible to do so- I shouldn’t need to jump through hoops, contact 800 numbers, or file it as fraud on my credit card. ### 1/5 — Will not load *2025-05-11, version 2.3.0* This app will not make it past the “pick a gym” spot. The problem I’m having is that it doesn’t show any gyms. My daughter does gymnastics. The gym uses the app cause my mother in law has been using to pay for her to go. I’m taking over payment I have an account with them. But yet the app will not work. Please get this fixed. ### 1/5 — If you like a blank screen with no options, you’ll love this *2025-02-17, version 2.3.0* I changed my email address and now all I get is a blank screen with “Choose your gym” but there’s nothing to click on. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-09-18, version 1.2.4* Can’t even register for things because this app doesn’t work. The developer response is also not helpful because the gym I was trying to register for is obviously using this terrible software. Love this service. ### 5/5 — Gym Owner Review *2025-06-11, version 2.3.0* We’ve been using Full Out at our gym for several months and it’s improved our workflow and messaging tremendously. The support staff is super helpful and prompt with communication. Our clients have had a noticeably easier time with scheduling and other account type stuff. Highly highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Life saver app for our gym! *2025-02-28, version 2.3.0* This app is fantastic. Not only is everything neatly presented in one place but it is so seamless. As a gym owner, one of the biggest pain points for me was always the overall organization and scheduling of classes and sign ups. This entire platform of theirs alleviates that in its entirety. From being able to send out notifications to parents, to our summer camp sign up’s, this has it all. Prior to full out, we used Jack Rabbit and my goodness, this blows it out of the water. Since signing up and utilizing the service, we’ve gotten nothing but positive feedback from parents about just how easy it is to enroll their children at our gym. Keep up the good work Full Out!!! Constant notifications that there are messages, yet nothing is visible in the app. ### 2/5 — No way to remove stored payment option *2025-07-07, version 2.4.0* Update: Admin is able to remove payment methods. However there shouldn’t be a reason that I couldn’t do it myself. If the admin was illegitimate, then my payment info would be stuck forever. I’ll raise to two stars as they could remove it but it should always be in the control of the payer. App users should always have a way to remove a payment option. It does not give a good feeling to have no control once it is inputted.
