When I put a location in cannot load and advises error 11 ### 2/5 — No Reply To My Questions *2023-01-14* I’ve had the premium version of the app. since May 2022. I have sent 3 emails asking a question regarding their maps. I’ve not had one reply. I like to use the maps zoomed in while I’m travelling to check for side roads etc but it doesn’t centre itself. Also if there are no camp sites etc. a banner comes up covers a large proportion of the map telling me to move the map or change the filter. I don’t want to do that. I just want to view the map as I’m travelling. Poor form from the app. owners. It looks great however the constant harassment to purchase the premium version prevented me from finishing my tryout. I don’t like being pressured into buying before I have had a descent chance to see what I am paying for. Please, just leave it for a day or two to allow people time to understand the app before you put your hand out. Therefore, I will not buy. Another annoying thing is the message to let you know that there are no locations within the area being viewed. I can probably work that out for myself thank you. It help us find places along the way to pull up to camp overnight. It’s an easy app to use, with accurate information, and certainly took a lot of hassle out of our trip. I’ve also bought some of the products available from being a member, at discounted prices compared to buying the same products via other methods. I’d certainly recommend becoming a premium member, which is reasonably priced, and downloading the app, for anyone wanting to get away for a camp, or for people who are long term travelling around our great country. **Developer response:** Hi Mal, thanks for the feedback. Have used it ever since to plan trips form the Cape York to Tasmania. Found many free camps we didn’t know about. The info on caravan parks is useful. We recommend this app as an aid for trip planning. The app has steadily improved.
