I have repeated occurrences of lost shot data, corrupt sessions, and sometimes complete lack of recording to my iOS device. Tech support tries to help, but nothing ever gets resolved. Think twice before purchasing this launch monitor, and don’t plan on reliable cloud data if you do move forward. ### 1/5 — Such a joke *2026-07-10* Had my launch monitor for a year then it stopped working and they wouldn’t fix it or send me a new one. Customer service is non responsive. My device has always worked well for me. A recent update started giving my machine issues. I called the support team and they were working on a fix instantly. In the end they ended up having me send my unit in and they resent me one. Completely hassle free. I can’t take it to the range with me, it has to stay plugged in. I used to be able to use e6 with it, but e6 no longer supports full swing.
