When it wants to confirm my identity on, first, it won’t let me select text even though it’s a cell #. Second when the automated call comes the and wants you to press 1 to confirm, it doesn’t take it and no matter how many times I press 1 it doesn’t take it.  A vicious cycle. Come on Fulton you can provide a better app!

Why do you separate personal Fulton accounts with one app and Fulton business accounts with another app? The owners of both are the same. Why can’t I, the owner of the account, use mobile deposit of my business app? Why isn’t there a way for people to transfer money from personal account to business account and vise versa? Like I said…stupid!

No bill pay option on the app! Called the number on app and they had no idea why it was not available! Changing my bank soon because it’s ridiculous that I can’t pay my business bills from this app! Crap!

I have experience with other banks, but Fulton Bank is extremely user unfriendly and complicated compared with other banks 
I like in person banking at Fulton, but they need to try to work harder to make their online services smoother

I can’t pay bills from this app. That’s really the biggest necessity for making small businesses’ lives easier. It’s 2022- this should be a basic feature.
