The app does not allow Zelle to be used. I can’t use it for rocket money since the app isn’t compatible. Money apps don’t even recognize Fulton saving bank as a banking service. App is very outdated and clunky. This is ridiculous. I will be switching banks to something that’s modern for my phone.

Thier are constant problems with this app. And it’s pointless to have. Constantly have to call the branch. 

When you log in it “supposedly” promps me with security questions witch don’t show. And goes right to acces denied and automatically locks online banking. 
I have not been able to log in to my online account for 3 weeks I call the branch and they tell me to uninstall and reinstall the app. That doesn’t work. 

Any transaction on gas’s will automatically kick back to you account after 2 hours of the the transaction. Thier will be a edit because thier is more…

Worst banking app I’ve ever used. The app is so bad I plan on closing my accounts. Edit: and it just got worse. Now bill pay doesn’t work on the app and there is no time line as to when it will be fixed, just a paragraph directing you to login on a PC to pay your bills. 👎🏻 I closed my accounts after just 2 months which is a shame because I can literally walk to the branch.  Bring your app and online banking to the 21st century and I’ll gladly come back.

I can’t even get the app to load and open for the last month.

Stop changing the formats continuously. I now can not leave a note as to why I transfer money from one account to another. Put it back to the previous format.

The team at the village green location is EXCELLENT  I will never  consider another bank , they are so fast and on point !  A pleasure to deal with!!!
