## What is Fulus?

Fulus shows live Libyan dinar parallel-market rates, for both cash and bank-transfer transactions.

The cash rates screen lists the parallel-market rate against eight major currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, EGP, TND, SAR, and AED. Rates update in the app whenever the source moves.

The bank rates screen shows the parallel-market rate by bank, used when payment is by bank transfer instead of cash. Banks are ranked by rate so you can compare at a glance.

The converter works in either direction. Type a USD amount and see the dinar value. Type a dinar amount and see what it's worth in any of the supported currencies. Switch between cash and bank rates with one tap.

Sign in to set up notifications.

The watch list lets you follow specific currency or bank pairs and get a push when those rates move. Pick what matters to you, up to ten pairs at a time.

Price alerts let you set a target like "USD/LYD above 5.50" and the app pushes you the moment a rate crosses your threshold.

The app runs in English and Arabic with full right-to-left support.
