## What is Fumora?

Fumora helps you quit smoking at your own pace — by growing the space between cigarettes. No streaks to break. No quit date. No guilt. You log a cigarette and keep going; Fumora learns your rhythm and does the rest.

HOW IT WORKS

First, just smoke as normal and tap "I smoked." Fumora quietly learns your real rhythm — when you smoke, how long you usually wait, what sets it off. It doesn't ask you to change anything yet.

Then it shows you your own patterns: "You usually smoke 20 minutes after coffee." "Your hardest window is 2–4 PM." Smoking stops being a mystery.

Then, gently, it invites you to wait a little longer — built from YOUR average, not a fixed rule. If you usually wait an hour, Fumora nudges toward 70 minutes. Never a command, just an invitation. The main screen shows one thing: time since your last cigarette. That's the whole game — the space you're creating.

YOU SET THE PACE

Gentle, Steady, or Push. Fumora suggests; you decide. Change it anytime. It should never feel forced.

CRAVINGS, RIDDEN OUT

When an urge hits, tap "Craving." Fumora offers small tools — breathe, ride it out, step away, write it down — to help you wait a few more minutes. Most cravings rise, peak, and fade on their own. The goal isn't to erase the urge; it's to outlast it.

IF YOU SMOKE, YOU JUST LOG IT

No failure. No red. No broken streak. You log it, Fumora adapts, you continue. A slip makes the next suggestion smarter — it never resets your progress.

WHAT YOU SEE OVER TIME
