Ни с впн, ни без него. Ни с вай-фаем, ни с мобильным интернетом. Ни в гостевых сетях, ни в домашний. И тишина Еле дозвонилась через сутки чтобы узнать судьбу своего бронирования. Хорошо успела сделать скрин договора в котором был номер заказа. После я этого не видела. Пишу в поддержку там тоже не отвечают. Написала в тех поддержку чтобы исправили в личном кабинете номер телефона, тишина уже полтора месяца. Когда дозвонилась перенаправили десять раз по всему кругу менеджеров. Ответа не получила однозначного. Сказали зайти на сайт через пк или ноут. Пролистать в самый низ там где напечатана вся карта сайта мелким шрифтом найти мои заказы и через этот шаг открыть. А проще что ни как не зайти. В приложении то появляется мое бронирование. То снова Заказ не найден. И это происходит чаще. Включен трансфер. Перелет самостоятельно организовали. Про трансфер не могут ответить. На почту ничего не присылают. После оплаты ни какой информации кроме трансакции об оплате.
