Players requests for new rooms and hospital expansion are ignored, instead the designers keep introducing things that encourages players to spend money on diamonds or crystals to attain them. You need to join a top union to benefit, which is not good for individual players. This seems typical of a Chinese workers unite culture! I also like the daily lucky spin and the diamond van. You can use Diamonds to buy loads of doctors nurses cleaners and resources. I do think this game is good and it has brought me and my dad closer together by playing together every day exchanging likes helping out union tasks.
