Why is so difficult to enter a new pin. Every pin i try cant be use. I try so many numbers and non cant be use. I cant be the whole day on my phone trying to do this. Must be a way that the internet or somebody can help

Sign up three weeks ago can’t get access as yet  uploaded my card information  also create a username an password  nothing ! The home page to sign in is poorly designed , it’s like you guessing your way  what to do next ,a waste of my time !

App takes about 90 seconds to boot up after the latest update. Pretty annoying.

Cannot see my balance on the app only on the website. Tried installing the app again, but it does not recognize my credentials when trying to sign in again.
