I’ve suffered from episodes of lower back pain for over two decades. I thought I would for the rest of my life, until I went through the Function program. Since completing the program, my pain episodes have become far less frequent. When they do come up, they are quite mild. Back pain is no longer a major part of my life.

This program significantly helped me to figure how out to reduce my lower back pain.  Highly recommend it to anyone with chronic pain.
