I’ve had a great experience with Mike over several years. Being an athlete, injury prevention was my top priority and we gladly achieved that throughout my athletic career. Now I’m confident in my ability to maintain my health with fitness and nutrition thanks to Mike and his guidance!

Mike is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever met, he constantly tweaks workouts and adjusts exercises to help strengthen areas of need. He comes to every session with a plan on how to make you better.  I’m never board with doing the same thing…new routines, great health advice, proven results!
