My main complaint is that the “Repay” button in the app never works. If I have a flex pay transaction and I want to pay it off early, I cannot do it through the app. I always have to log onto the actual website to do this, and then many times, it does not send the 2FA code. Thus, it becomes challenging to log in, and this becomes stressful as I try to pay the for pay amount before the fees get added.
