My main complaint is that the “Repay” button in the app never works. If I have a flex pay transaction and I want to pay it off early, I cannot do it through the app. I always have to log onto the actual website to do this, and then many times, it does not send the 2FA code. Thus, it becomes challenging to log in, and this becomes stressful as I try to pay the for pay amount before the fees get added. They only give you access to high interest, small loans that required a PG. I don’t recommend them unless you have no other choice. Customer service is horrible and they cut off access for additional loan products and renewals. Beware!!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — SCAM STEALS YOUR INFORMATION *2023-04-03, version 3.8.0* Provided my bank routing & account number then the screen went blank and wouldn’t let me finish the application process. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ### 1/5 — Quit working *2023-02-02, version 3.6.1* App has not worked and will not load since last update. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it! *2022-06-01, version 3.1.1* Yes, you can get funding ..but at what cost? They won’t tell you. You can NOT find the interest rate, there is no truth in lending disclosure, there is no disclosure of the interest rate, EVER. They only show you the total weekly fees depending on rather you choose 12 or 24 weekly payments. The first few months have all the interest front loaded I’m your payments and then the last few months are a few dollars interest because you are forced to pay it all upfront. You can not choose a term and have the interest/fees spread out over the term, it is instead stacked in the first half of your payments. Shady! Also, when you click to confirm to the financing agreement, it immediately funds the loan, no final confirmation so you know you are on the last step to accepting the funds. This is the LEAST transparent lending company I have ever seen. ### 1/5 — Does not display well on my iPhone *2021-02-22, version 2.10.0* This app does not display correctly on my iPhone 10s. The fit is huge, the words are cut off, and it is really a horrible interface. I find it much better to login to the web interface using safari on my iPhone. Other than that- I love Fundbox and have used it for years. It’s just the app that stinks. ### 1/5 — THEY WERE AWESOME .... no longer. *2020-05-15, version 2.6.0* Had a great relationship with this company, then they decided to do “evaluations” of clients and dropped many of them through no fault of their own. My payments were ALWAYS on time, and to their credit, Fundbox was ALWAYS there when needed for short term financing. They have now become basically as BS loaded as your bank, submit paperwork and you can only be lent money if you don’t need it. Try another source, they WERE great ... now they are just a typical bank with high priced short term loans. ### 1/5 — They changed their policies and the app. *2020-04-05, version 2.6.0* Fundbox now VERY heavily weights the interest payments at the beginning of the loan.
