## What is Fundline?

Payroll knows what you made this month. You do not.

Fundline is the book a licensed loan officer keeps for themselves - on their own phone, in their own basis points, with nobody else's login on it.

Everything is built around the loan file: amount, purpose, program, stage, lock, referral partner. Every file computes its own pay under YOUR comp plan.

WHAT YOU TRACK

- The rail every file walks: Lead, Pre-Approval, Application, Processing, Underwriting, CTC, Funded - plus Lost with a real fallout reason (DTI too high, appraisal came in low, credit event mid-process, missing docs, went with another lender). Conditions outstanding is a flag on Underwriting, where files actually sit.
- Rate locks the way they really work: 15, 30, 45 or 60 days, a computed expiry date, alerts at T-7, T-3 and T-1, and a record of who paid for an extension when one happens.
- Your comp plan in basis points: flat or tiered, and tiered on any of the three bases that exist in the wild - units per period, funded volume, or YTD income split. Add a recoverable draw with a running balance, a per-file team or LOA split, and a per-loan floor and cap.
- The 180-day early-payoff window. The day a file funds, its commission becomes exposure: dollars at risk, the date it clears, a countdown per loan, and - if it is ever clawed back - a signed negative entry against that closed month plus the pending deduction against what you have not been paid yet.
- Pull-through both ways, by cohort, with the denominator printed: funded over applications AND funded over locked. Days to close split purchase versus refi, because a blended number is meaningless. Fallout by reason. Referral partners ranked by funded volume and conversion.

Commission math is driven by loan amount, units and volume only - never by rate, APR, points, program or terms. Your comp plan document controls.

Your pipeline never leaves your phone. No account, no cloud, no sync. We never ask for SSNs, credit scores, income or documents - there is nowhere to put them. First name and last initial is all Fundline needs, and notifications never print a borrower's name unless you turn that on.
