## What is Fundtrak Gate?

FundTrak turns your school gate into a smart, automated check-in point — no clipboards, no manual registers, no missed records.

HOW IT WORKS
Students tap an NFC card or fob at the gate. FundTrak instantly detects whether it's a check-in or check-out, logs the timestamp, and displays the student's name, class, and fee balance on screen — all in under two seconds. Late arrivals are flagged automatically.

INSTANT PARENT NOTIFICATIONS
The moment a student taps in or out, their guardian receives a WhatsApp message and SMS with the student's name, direction, and timestamp. No app install or account needed on the parent's side. If fees are outstanding, a gentle reminder is included, with configurable frequency (every check-in, weekly, or monthly).

LIVE ATTENDANCE DASHBOARD
Gate staff and teachers see a real-time view of who's in, who's out, and who hasn't arrived. Late arrivals are flagged based on a configurable threshold, and full attendance history is searchable by student, date, or class. Role-based access keeps views appropriate for each staff type.

FEE VISIBILITY AT THE GATE
Every scan shows the student's payment status — fully paid, partially paid, unpaid, or no subscription — pulled live from their ledger. Staff always have current information without manual lookups, turning every gate tap into a quiet, consistent fee reminder.
