Fundwaste works with local small and medium-sized businesses, communities and schools to enable maximum recycling rates for their Paper, Cardboard and Plastic. We offer 1 weekly collections and unlimited drop-offs to our site and only share revenues with customers who drop off. There is no revenue share if we collect your recycling except for schools. We believe in supporting our local community and providing opportunities for jobs to help the local economy.


Recycling made easy
Make money by getting better visibility and more control over all your Paper, Cardboard and Plastic recycling. Register for an account from your phone for free where we have a servicing location.

You can schedule your recycling drop off and collection from within the app. You simply need to tell us what you will be giving to us, then scheduling a date and booking. All from the comfort of your app. We do the rest.


Transparent pricing
We provide indicative pricing of the different types of Paper and Plastic to help you understand the revenues you can make through Fundwaste. You'll be amazed at the different levels of pricing and we hope it encourages you to sort your recycling more effectively. We incentivise you to sort your waste effectively so that you can maximise the revenue you earn.


Real-time statements

We offer a real-time statement that enables you to monitor how much recycling you have sent to usand get an indication of any revenues due. Your statement also serves as your Waste transfer note which is a legal requirement. This statement also allows you to always stay on top of your progress. We offer quarterly reporting that gives you an overview of your activities and includes the carbon emissions you ahve saved for the benefit fo the planet.


Real-time smart sensor
We have a smart product sensor that can monitor the environmental health of your recycling location (where you store your recycling materials). Our product has a built-in smell sensor to monitor for bad smells or signs of contamination. Our state of the art camera sends images through cellular netowkrs so can be used anywhere. It images allow you to keep a watch on the status of your recycling at location. We also offer a monitoring solution that allows us to monitor your site on your behalf.

### Fundwaste_v20c — 2024-02-18

1. Registration process - We now have a country selector - ISD codes for Mobile is auto populated based on country 
2. Registration can be done Mobile No. If Mobile No is provided, username will be mobile No. - This is for African countries roll outs. Rashid mentioned not many will have email IDs and access. 
3. Mobile No and Pass is auto populated / cached for easy login - This is a key requirement, even though not good for security. 
4. Removal of OTP based authentication for registration. 
5. Password reset happens on Mobile No (if provided) or email ID.

### Fundwaste_v19c — 2021-10-11

This latest release supports our Communities and Families programmes. Communities can register on our app to join our Fundraising initiatives and Families can download and register the app to support their local communities. 
We have also enhanced our recycling product identification search facility to help families understand what can be recycled and what cannot be.

In this release, we have made the following changes:

Support for Dark mode.
Schools, families and communities can now register with us as part of our Schools for Families programmes.
For families, we have simplified the recycling products list.
Van Driver monetisation booking tool.

### v1.9 — 2021-01-29

To keep pace with our customer needs, we have added two core functionalities to this app release. We have added a summary page so that on login, you can see what revenues you have earned and Carbon emissions have been saved. Also, as so many of our customers are dropping their Paper, Cardboard and Plastic to our sites, we have now included a 'Drop-off' booking functionality.

### V1.8 — 2020-10-01

The app has a new release that enables customers to use our powerful recycler database. The database enables users to understand how to recycle the paper and plastic in their general environments.
Customers can also add new products to our database to support the wider recycling community, circular economy and zero waste economy.
Drivers can add more detail to support their customers.
