You can track your collections and buy upcoming funkos. You can even tell when once gets retired. It’s also easy to see the fair market value for each pop. The problem with the app is it never works anymore. You can’t sign in. Can’t reset the password. Can’t even add funko pops to your collection. Password reset doesn't work.... is this app dead? ### 1/5 — Login Issues *2026-07-26, version 8.2.0* Replaced my iPhone so when I logged back in it said password was incorrect. The app took me to their website, not to a reset page, just to the home page. So I manually found the password reset inside the website, now when I login in the app, password still incorrect. How can it be when I reset it and it works on the website? Deleting the app and reinstalling it made no difference. Sent a ticket to customer service, but if it’s anything like last time they’ll ignore me for 4months. ### 1/5 — Worst App *2026-07-25, version 8.2.0* It never works. Always kicks you out. Reset password doesn’t work. Had problems ordering the custom funko. Have to use desktop and the normal site. I tried to find my Absol funko on the app to add it to my collection and it didn't exist there so I thought well I'll scan it.... NOPE, scanning the barcode and it still didn't think it existed. Even though it is perfectly on the site. Which I can go to and add it to my wishlist, but I can't scroll the wishlist to find it because it's buffering and reloading for NO REASON. And it puts me back at the top with all the new release garbage. This app sucks so much. The UI sucks, it's old and buggy. The interface sucks. The recommendations for new funkos sucks. What are you doing? This app was perfectly fine like a few years ago, it's actually so dog now. If they can fix that the app is perfect. It shows you where you can buy what models of what Funko pops, it lets you buy THROUGH the app, it lets you build a collection if you want and yeah I haven’t tried the scanner thing because I haven’t needed to BECAUSE there’s a feature where you can type in the name and that pleases me plenty. It’s a very useful app for a Funko fan and especially since it even shows you tags and categories like “new releases” and “coming soon” and “best seller”. Not only that but it lets you make a wishlist which is so fun alone. You even get to customize and make your own Funko pop and have it shipped to you. The only feature I would add is if it gave you like a little closet where you can save multiple outfits or styles before buying one. AND the over all layout of the app is simple, straight forward and clean to the eye. It fits the Funko theme perfectly ### 5/5 — Fix collection bug *2026-05-31, version 8.1.10* Please fix this bug.
