When you look at gift products or delivery options after selecting a card and completing the messages, the app does not allow you to return to the card you have selected if you want to look at alternative gifts without closing the app and you then lose the cards that have been completed. But the app is bad, I personalised a few things and went to checkout. Creating account was a nightmare. Multiple attempts to choose a title. Wouldn’t let me click “MR”. Followed by the dreaded thousand attempts to create a password it would accept (you’re only a card app not the Bank of England!!!!!!). Fifty tries to tick the box for accept terms etc. Then after all that I had to get emailed a verification code FOR A SILLY CARD APP!!! REALLY?!?!?! Created a card and tried to choose the small cheapest £1.30 option but it just kept flicking back to the next one up at two pound odd. I was so fed up at this point I admitted defeat and just let it. Life’s too short!! Then I tried to get to basket and got stuck on clicking off gift options. I JUST WANTED TO SEND A LITTLE CARD TO A COUSIN!!!! Needless to say I’ll be avoiding this app like the plague in future. Should have stuck with Moonpig! Live and learn! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! ### 1/5 — Spam silly and can’t deliver on time…moon pig has to beat this lot! *2024-06-17, version 6.0.0* Ridiculous amount of spam you send then I get a reminder to say last minute for Father’s Day cards and guaranteed delivery which moon pig honour by using drivers that deliver out of hours (Sundays) so thought you’d be the same but no such luck. It’s now Monday and at 11 am you just send an email to say it’s on its way,how can you promise to deliver on time yet not even get it out on route until the dates past? It’s too late and I really regret not using moon pig who I know from recent experience delivered on a Sunday. It’s a disgusting service and I’ll delete the app so I don’t make the mistake of trusting you to deliver on time. So you can stop sending me all that spam. This is not the first time and it’s so infuriating. Why can’t we ‘save’ our edited cards somewhere whilst we shop for gifts!? That is 2hrs wasted and now I have to start again!!! So cross and annoyed. Sending time this has happened!! You spend ages preparing a personalised card and then it says “failed to load” and the draft disappears completely. The last few times this happened I had to switch to a laptop to get it to work on the website. The app is letting the website down. Ordered the cards on Wednesday 6pm and they came the NEXT day! Moonpig I ordered three days prior, paid for next day shipping too and it came late, refused to refund the delivery of my card too. Will DEFINITELY be using again!
