I’m just exploring the app, wanting to try out scanning a cookbook. It says I need to login. I tried to create a new account. It fails and tells me to contact support. I repeat the attempt with a different password in case the password rules (not specified) were violated. It says that account with my email already exists. That’s a bad way to start. I’m bailing.
