However, the cs didn’t apologise for any of the inconvenience. Some more I spent an hour time to travel and come for the booking. Parking fee, time all wasted. They refund the money I paid from my bank to my funnow account. (e.g. party rooms if you are looking for one) Overbooking is likely. In case of overbooking, there is no mechanism for refund except contacting the CS.
