I contacted support inquiring why. I had my wallet stolen and only had a photocopy of my ID. They refused it and my account remains locked. They told me it would remain locked until I could produce a color ID. I asked why was I allowed to sign up for and deposit as well?? No response from them and account is still locked. I have quiet a few deposits and every time I spin the wheel I only receive gold coins as a bonus. I no longer make deposits nor will I continue to play on this casino.
