Unable to use app at all. ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-01-17* We have tried using this app multiple times. The first year, it wouldn’t open at the fair and we couldn’t use the tickets we purchased. Thankfully the box office was kind enough to give us some tickets on a plastic card. This year, I downloaded the app and it has glitches constantly once I log in, and it doesn’t allow me to do anything. ### 1/5 — Broken App. $30 wasted! *2023-10-27* The app itself is broken. Not usable at all. Just wasted $30. No customer service, no one to complaint. And paid for credits which then wouldnt work at the fair for any of the rides. Activated account and reset password multiple times and still can’t login. ### 1/5 — Cannot login via Apple, Facebook, or email! *2025-05-03* I downloaded this app so that I can get tickets to the fiesta carnival in Texas. It allowed me to create a login with email. I verified the account and when I go to login, it just continuously loads and will not let me login. I can’t purchase the tickets that I need to purchase Now I have to go in the line to purchase tickets at a kiosk when this was supposed to help me to avoid that. There’s no way to even submit through the app a message to the creators what to request help with this issue. Complete bummer ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2025-03-05* Followed steps but can’t login. I refilled on credits within the phone app. It was nice to see how many credits each ride takes.
