### 1/5 — Mai più

*2026-08-02, version 2.2.4*

### 1/5 — Bad bad customer service

*2026-06-09, version 2.2.2*

They tell you the sensor lasts 14 days, in fact it might work 14 like 3 or 6 days. They don’t tell that in the box or in the instructions. I’ve opened 6 tickets, I’ve just received two quick answers. Our dog was in mortal danger for an error which occurred on the app because of the sensor, flagging a hypo episode when it was actually an hyper episode. Customer service: they were very polite on the phone but blamed the dog for the sensor not working. Come on, great design but bad service for 100€ I’m waiting for a decent competitor.

### 2/5 — Ha smesso di funzionare

*2026-02-09, version 2.1.5*
