It brings your beloved pet back to you, but if you can’t afford the subscription you will be forced to lose them again. But then I opened my app and it said continue with Google, FB, or Apple. None of my accounts pulled up my existing account so I feel like my account got deleted. I had like 15-18 treats saved up I was going to use to get a few snaps and vids. For this you get 1 star, so put off. ### 1/5 — Emotionally Manipulative Marketing *2026-07-10* I was genuinely excited to try this app after seeing the videos. The way it's advertised made it seem like I was moments away from "connecting" with my beloved pet who has passed away. Seeing messages like "She's ready to see you" was incredibly emotional for me, and I found myself tearing up with hope. Then, right when I thought I was about to experience it, I was hit with a paywall. I completely understand that developers need to make money, and I have no issue paying for apps that provide value. What I do have an issue with is using emotionally charged teasers involving people's grief to get them invested before revealing they have to pay. It felt misleading and, honestly, heartbreaking. If the app requires a subscription or payment, that should be made clear from the beginning instead of leading grieving pet owners to believe they're about to have a meaningful experience. Marketing to people who are mourning should be handled with much more sensitivity. I left feeling disappointed, not because the app isn't free, but because of how it was presented. I hope the developers reconsider their approach and are more transparent and compassionate toward the people they're trying to reach. ### 1/5 — Pics and vids *2026-07-09, version 2.5.1* They don’t correct what you tell them is not right with the animal.
