It’s a torture to be stayed with Furlenco *2026-08-21* My experience with Furlenco is worst than any other services. I took a workstation on rent. Two times they sent me worst chair which they only should reject. I don’t know how they can send on rent those type of product. I took leave from office three times to attend them for the unnecessary replacement. Even the worst part whatever I paid first time and the app showed me monthly rent for the product, next month it was 100 rupees more. Then I called customer support (which itself is a headache here), they told me that first time coupon was applied. I asked them did they mention anywhere about this coupon while taking this item on rent to payment then they told and I checked on front of them……no where mention about the coupon, offer nothing at all neither in price breakup nor anywhere. All of sudden you will get to know that whatever you took on rent and whatever we agreed as a rent was not an actual amount, actual amount is something else. In one sentence they are cheating us by showing something else and at the end of month….boom…..rent is something else. Please don’t do this with customer what if we can’t afford that amount for the rent. **Developer response:** Our apologies for the disruption. I scheduled the return of 16 rental items on 26 July 2026, and the pickup was confirmed for 1 August 2026. Despite waiting for days, not a single item has been picked up. To make matters worse, the Furlenco app falsely shows the status as "Picked Up" even though all the items are still lying in my flat. I have made repeated calls to customer care, sent multiple emails, and followed up countless times. Every representative gives the same generic assurances, but no one actually resolves the issue or arranges the pickup. It is shocking that a rental company is incapable of collecting its own products. I have already vacated the rented apartment, and because of Furlenco's negligence, my landlord is now threatening to dispose of or forfeit these items. This entire situation has been created solely due to Furlenco's incompetence and complete lack of accountability. As a customer, I have fulfilled all my obligations by scheduling the return well in advance and paying my dues. Furlenco has utterly failed to fulfill theirs. The false pickup status in the app is especially unacceptable. It misrepresents the actual situation and makes it even harder to get support. A company handling expensive furniture and appliances should have basic operational discipline, but Furlenco's service has been nothing short of chaotic. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from Furlenco to think twice. Returning the products appears to be a nightmare, customer support is ineffective, and the company shows little concern for the inconvenience and financial risk caused to its customers. ### 5/5 β€” Got furniture from Furlenco *2026-05-27, version 17.3* The delivery was peaceful and efficient. The customer care can’t be bothered. Every call made needs you to explain the issue from the start with no logging system. Delivery and pickups are often delayed. But my experience with the app is the worst! The app is a nightmare when it comes to payment. Every month I have to try at least 15 times before payment goes through. Multiple UPI, cards from several different banks, net banking, everything fails with no explanation. The website version used to have a place to pay for rental and now they have stopped that as well. I used to be an unlimited customer and only got rid of it because every month, it took me 50 tries to make a payment. And there was no Autopay. I then moved to Rental thinking Autopay will save me from this monthly nightmare. But no! I have subscribed for Autopay yet every month I get notifications that autopay could not be processed although there’s funds in the bank. Raised numerous complains with the customer care team but apparently Nothing is wrong with the app. The developers should take note of this issue. If I leave Furlenco it would be because of your horrible app and the pain to pay. If you reply to my comment asking me to email customer care, please let me know what new information should I share this time so that the complain actually reaches you. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
