I should be at least be able to filter by required stay length… come on! ### 3/5 — Room for improvement *2026-08-31, version 1.10.0* I have wanted to use FF in the form of an app but it’s not a great app yet. I had it a few years ago, deleted it, and a week ago received an email telling me about the features of the app so decided to try it again. It’s still very glitchy and makes me log in every time. I just tried to edit dates and couldn’t after 3 tries. I’m deleting the app again. Clean, bright, well equipped with everything you needed. The owners are available for anything that you need. Which was nothing! Gail and Steve are “natives” and can fill you in on all the local spots. You are with 10-20 minutes of shopping, restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc., and everyone on the island seems friendly. I don’t know if there’s a lack of screening when onboarding possible tenants. Please correct this, it’s very discouraging and one “google teams” meeting almost lead me to get a hacking virus on my laptop! Or they take a week to respond o not at all. Multiple listings are unmanageable. Response metrics are enforced even though the iOS and Web platforms are unwieldy. I’m very familiar with tech and platforms like this, I created a listing after lots of back-and-forth, I updated my phone number for my public profile information, and it suspended my account. The wait time to speak to somebody was three hours. There is no way for them to call you back. You have to sit by your phone or computer for that long.
