### 1/5 — Does not connect to 7200S

*2023-06-19, version 1.3.1*

Don’t waste your time trying to figure this out. Major disappointment. Unable to connect and control radio outside on our 2023 Grand Design.

### 1/5 — Unbelievable.

*2023-02-02, version 1.3.1*

I know absolutely nothing about app development and I am certain I could cobble up something better than this. I have no idea why anyone would release such a useless thing and advertise it as an app for anything. Apple needs to remove this from the App Store.

### 1/5 — Wouldn’t connect

*2022-06-07, version 1.3.1*

I tried all the sources but it wouldn’t connect with my RVs Furrion DV7200

### 1/5 — Abandoned junk

*2021-08-21, version 1.3.1*

I really wish suppliers would stop using Furrion products. They are weirdly complicated and often don’t work. This app is a perfect example of Furrion quality

### 1/5 — What a

*2021-08-02, version 1.3.1*

Piece of garbage.

### 1/5 — One of the App Store’s worst apps!

*2021-06-30, version 1.3.1*

As a medical product designer, I marvel at the absolute ineptitude of some consumer level apps and software. I don’t know where to begin with this app. It’s as if the developers stopped half way through development? I mean really? Why on earth does my iPad come up in the list of available BT devices???!!! Thought this was for controlling a Furrion radio not an iPad? Hey Apple, where’s the quality control. I thought the Apple store was doing some basic QC on all apps on the store? At least some minimum requirements…looks like this one slipped under the radar.

### 1/5 — Incompatible

*2021-06-26, version 1.3.1*

Il n’est pas compatible avec mon furrion DV 7100-202F

### 1/5 — Horrible connection!

*2021-06-24, version 1.3.1*

This app is worthless. Anymore it stays stuck on the connect screen. When it does work, it has limited functions. I am looking forward to replacing this unit!

### 1/5 — App? Not!

*2021-06-13, version 1.3.1*

Junk. Just like their overpriced merchandise.

### 1/5 — Maybe Use A Real Engineer

*2021-05-16, version 1.3.1*

Would put negative stars if I could... had this Furrion app able device since 2018 and 3 years later it still won't do anything useful. Wake up!

It is a simple app. Whomever the programming party is should probably actually go into a camper with a family and teenagers and get feedback outside of their workstation vacuum or they should be fired. Kills me when software doesn't do the basics that so many things on the market can. I can tell my Amazon product to turn up the temp and start a timer and this one won't even transmit a volume increase or decrease signal with my phone buttons. Bluetooth sends nothing via bluetooth other than source change and radio tuning. Come on... plenty of reference for features on the open market! And maybe ask someone else to look at what your doing for feedback!

If camper companies thought a little further than profits, more PROFIT would come with the development and sales of tech like thermostat control, in camper monitoring, flood alarms, the list goes on.

If you want to fire your tech head, hit me up! I could improve Furrion in my sleep with this cheap crap. And people would want to pay for it!

### 1/5 — Almost as bad as the actual remote

*2021-05-06*

I say almost because who puts 48 tiny buttons on a small remote and then decides to make the tiny labels black on a dark grey background? I guess the same people who make an app that’s supposed to be an alternative to that but which controls hardly anything while also randomly garbling the Bluetooth audio stream from my phone to my Furrion DV3300.

### 1/5 — What’s the point?

*2020-10-08, version 1.3.1*

If you can’t play your device through Bluetooth why would you even waste your time with this app? I’d love to be able to play my Sirius XM from my iPhone or iPad but nope...Furrion won’t allow that.

### 1/5 — WORTHLESS.

*2020-08-30, version 1.3.1*

I have tried Bluetooth connecting via iPhone and Android, which are successful if all you want to do is play music from your phone. However, if you expect this app to actually work, forget it. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. it never connects to the sound system, NEVER. If you do not have the remote to the sound system, do not expect to be able to substitute your phone as a replacement device. Again, this app is worthless.

### 1/5 — Not working

*2020-08-09, version 1.3.1*

I had been using the app successfully but earlier this summer it stopped working. I have deleted the app and reloaded several times but it is unable to connect to my Furrion stereo in my camper. It stops at the connection screen.

### 1/5 — Furion Suck!

*2026-06-12, version 1.3.1*

Brought an RV with this system and getting the apps or the unit it self to work is impossible. I am going to rip anything out made by furion piss on it and burn it to the ground. Sincerely.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-10-13, version 1.3.1*

1 star

### 1/5 — Connection screen

*2025-06-27, version 1.3.1*

The app says it fix the bug issues for connection screen freezing but it’s still doing it

### 1/5 — Put it out of our misery

*2025-04-20, version 1.3.1*

Update: You should take this down if you are not going to support it. The most recent update was 6 years ago. It currently discovers every Bluetooth device in the vicinity except your own soundbar.

Original: I say almost because who puts 48 tiny buttons on a small remote and then decides to make the tiny labels black on a dark grey background? I guess the same people who make an app that’s supposed to be an alternative to that but which controls hardly anything while also randomly garbling the Bluetooth audio stream from my phone to my Furrion DV3300.

### 1/5 — Trash

*2024-06-16, version 1.3.1*

As an engineer this is !!!You can't even get past the first step I'm trying to find your Furrion 7200s. Please fix it or delete the app from the App Store!

### 1/5 — What the actual heck

*2024-06-06, version 1.3.1*

I have seen high school introductory coding courses do better UI design. The developers took extra steps to make it harder than it had to be. I don’t even know what I’m looking at here.

Really Furrion? I know RV manufacture is the absolute pinnacle of the unregulated penny pinching industries, but you can do better.

### 1/5 — Please add some functions

*2024-04-03, version 1.3.1*

I was excited to learn there was an app to control my rv dvd player because the tiny 48 button controller that came with it is by far the worst remote I have ever used. Unfortunately there are not enough buttons on the app. We at minimum need up/down left/right to navigate through dvd menus. A subtitle button would be nice but without the arrow keys this is useless. We still have to dig out that little remote and if we can’t find it then we can not even watch a dvd that doesn’t happen to start on the play button, very common on series, double features and many others. Please update

### 1/5 — Worst App Ever Created

*2024-03-11, version 1.3.1*

Total waste of time. Never works, constantly disconnects. Garbage like all of Furrions products.

### 1/5 — It doesn’t work

*2024-02-21, version 1.3.1*

A couple of people got this app to connect to their Furrion receiver. Once. You will not. Most of us will never get this like of steaming trash to work because it appears they fired the developers before they finished this Alpha level app. It simple does nothing and does not work with the Furrion receivers listed (I tried two). This needs to be removed from App Store.

### 1/5 — App does not work on iPad or iPhone

*2023-10-19, version 1.3.1*

App has not worked for 6 months as advertised in App Store. I attempted to connect on my iPad and iPhone. App continues to get stuck on “connect device” screen. After it spazzes out, attempting to connect to every Bluetooth device in my home, it connects to the device I select and then nothing happens. Disappointing.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great little app

*2021-04-02, version 1.3.1*

Just got the new trailer downloaded the app and was working within 5s
I did not even know it had this feature now I can turn off the radio when in bed

### 5/5 — Works great for what it does.

*2020-07-30, version 1.3.1*

Just turn off the Bluetooth of the app if you use your phone for music. It does not like 2 Bluetooth connections at the same time.

### 5/5 — Worked perfect for dv3300s

*2019-05-04, version 1.3.1*

Worked perfect. Hooked up to Bluetooth for music on phone under BT. No issues.

### 4/5 — Works fine

*2026-07-10, version 1.3.1*

I’ve been using it for a few years now with very little issues.
A little cranky at times connecting, the outdoors range is virtually non existent, but other than that it works fine.

### 4/5 — Worked for me

*2019-07-08, version 1.3.1*

I contacted Furrion about my travel trailers radio. They sent me to this app. It connected to the radio when the radio would not connect with my phone. It was also useful in connecting with a set of Bluetooth lights that would not connect with any of our phones. There are a couple of issues with volume adjustment but for the most part worked.

### 3/5 — some features but clunky

*2020-07-23, version 1.3.1*

The equalizer menu added quite a bit of quality to the cheap sounding Furrion speakers in our RV. The app lets you add bass boost and loudness. Plus it’s nice to sit outside and control the playlist remotely (the original Furrion remote doesn’t work outside.)
The worst part: The volume control is a slider and its impossible to adjust. I would give it two more stars if it had a tap plus and minus volume because it’s soooo frustrating!! I’ve had no issue pairing as other reviews suggested so maybe that bug is fixed. However once it has paired, it won’t move from that screen (so you can’t access the controls). I turned the stereo on manually and that solved it.

### 2/5 — DV 1230

*2022-05-08, version 1.3.1*

What happened the app will no longer show DV 1230 FURION. THE APP DOESNT WORK ANYMORE

### 2/5 — I guess?

*2021-04-11, version 1.3.1*

Not very intuitive...separate screen for each input...Really Furtion is an entry level product imho

### 2/5 — Ok but not anymore

*2020-09-19, version 1.3.1*

Worked great for a while but now will not connect at all. Deleted and re installed and still will not connect. Not sure what is going on.

### 2/5 — Only Basic Controls

*2020-08-01, version 1.3.1*

This app works but is of limited use. You can only set basic audio settings such as volume, bass/treble and input.

An improvement would be to add device setups such as setting radio presets.

It’s still worth downloading since the device remote is so poorly designed.
