No longer can see record of use. This stopped working 3 months after new. The units potty bag box stinks. Plastic is wrong spec, should be metal lined to not absorb odor. Only 1 cat is registered with unit but it can’t figure out what cat used it. It’s a cheaper model than the best and unit works ok but overall a 5 out of 10, or 2 out of 5. ### 2/5 — Slow and room for improvement *2026-06-23, version 1.0.16* The app is super slow lately. I keep checking back if there’s an update because it seems to be glitching. Barely loads. I also like the other FurryTail app which shows the days consecutively. I’m not sure why they have two apps and why my most recent litterbox needs this one (this was my second purchase). ### 2/5 — Great litter box, bad app *2026-06-16, version 1.0.16* The litter box is amazing but the app is from from it. It constantly disconnects from the device. It will randomly untoggle the waste bin reminder and not allow you to retoggle. The app will freeze and will not allow you to clean litter box or flatten. ### 2/5 — Litter box great, App awful *2026-05-21, version 1.0.16* I have had this litterbox for almost a year. One cat uses it once a day, and the old-style litter the rest of the time. My other cat has only used it twice. It functions well, but it disconnects from wi-fi regularly. I do not have this problem with any of the many other wi-fi things in the house. It is a pain to reconnect—especially since there is next to no documentation to help troubleshoot. You wind up running through the connection cycle multiple times, and not knowing if it’s stuck or what (it always hangs up at 99%). The only other way to get to the controls is getting on the floor and reading the LED display, on the front of the litter box, an inch off the floor. And you don’t have access to any data there, you can just control the function of the machine. The weird thing is that I get notifications to my phone telling me that the cat has used the litter-box while the app is disconnected. ### 3/5 — The idea is better than the product *2026-04-19, version 1.0.16* It doesn’t always empty the waste bin or it may not empty thoroughly due to the grate holes that sift the good litter are too big and doesn’t allow for small clumps to be tossed out. The percentage of fullness for the waste bin is not correct. At 80%, it’s overstuffed and holds the flapper door open which makes the odor in the room terrible. ### 1/5 — Logs out requiring uninstall/reinstall *2026-02-13, version 1.0.16* Worked well for a couple months but recently, the app started logging me out about every two weeks, and requiring that I delete and reinstall. ### 1/5 — Fix bugs *2026-02-10, version 1.0.16* It would be nice to use the app so I’m able to clean the litter box while I’m away this is honestly ridiculous ### 1/5 — If it actually worked!!! *2026-01-30, version 1.0.16* Honestly, it's very frustrating that I purchased this litter box specifically for this app, expecting everything to work smoothly. Since buying it, I’ve encountered continuous issues with the app. Initially, when I tried to update the firmware, it caused the base to crash completely, forcing me to replace it entirely. Now, just two months in, it disconnects from the app once a month. Recently, I was kicked out of the app, and when I tried to log back in, it said my username and password didn't exist. I reset my password and still couldn’t sign in with the new credentials. I would have no problem with the litter box if it worked without the app, but it relies on it. ### 1/5 — Always Disconnecting *2026-01-25, version 1.0.16* Fix the app! Disconnects and cannot reconnect via normal method. Have to delete the app, reinstall and then pair the device. Not so convenient! ### 2/5 — Will log you out frequently *2026-01-20, version 1.0.16* The app will log you out frequently and there is no option to log back in. The device is decent, but advance control is through the app. ### 2/5 — Good when it works: stops working a lot *2026-01-03, version 1.0.16* Was great when I first got it but then it frequently stops recording events. When I’m away from home for a week I lose my peace of mind when it stops working all of a sudden. I then go through the log out and log back in, check the firmware, delete app and redownload it. When I’m home I unplug it and check the WiFi. It’s a whole process at least once maybe twice a month. The app is the main selling point, it should do its job. ### 1/5 — Tired of continuously having to connect my phone to my device *2025-12-22, version 1.0.16* This app really stinks. I love this unit, but I really hate that. I cannot keep track of things on my phone. It seems like every time there’s an update my unit disappears and now this time I can’t even get it added. Come on people get it together. I paid a lot for this thing. ### 2/5 — Go back to the old app *2025-12-20, version 1.0.16* I have a machine that runs on the old app and 2 on this app. This app is horrible. The old app shows me the machine name on the push notification, this app does not. When I get a bag full notification I have to open up the app to see which machine, but the app is just blank. It says log in but doesn’t have a place to do so. It shows me my cats but not my profile or machines. The tech support button is useless and I am left with just closing and opening the app hoping it works finally. I love these machines and plan to get a 4th (we foster) but I really hate this app. ### 2/5 — Won’t work. *2025-12-17, version 1.0.16* This app just quits working every week or so. Nothing works other than having to delete the app, re-download it, and then just waiting for them to come up with some sort of fix. It’s a good app when it’s working, but it’s down for days at a time consistently. ### 2/5 — App is the Worst *2025-12-08, version 1.0.16* The litter box itself, while rather large, works lovely. The app, however, needs a lot of work! Multiuser sign-in needs to happen asap! It “says” that you can invite other users directly through the app with email or phone number but neither of those options work so you’re left with using one login for multiple phones. This causes its own issues because apparently, only one user can be logged in at a time & leaves the other user(s) having to resign in…this is supposed to be convenient but the app doesn’t live up to such an otherwise great device. ### 1/5 — No multiple logins?? *2025-12-06, version 1.0.16* Sharing the app info between family members is way too complicated. Should be able to just log in and see all the info from multiple phones. Instead it auto logs you out of the primary phone! Apparently they want you to “invite” through the app but this is annoying because the app doesn’t work as well for the second family member. All the info for the litter box is stored under a separate tab, making it convoluted to use for older family members. Extremely annoyed with the app, the box works quite well. Update the app!! ### 1/5 — Will not connect to phone *2025-11-23, version 1.0.16* Blue light on the bottom of box is blinking and will not advance to connect to wi-fi. I’ve screwed around with this for 4 hours. I emailed the help desk and asked for them to fix or refund my $$$. Won’t work without the phone app even tho it says it does. I have to manually operate with the button on the bottom of my machine. Would not recommend this litter box. ### 1/5 — Good device, poor software and support *2025-11-16, version 1.0.15* The actual litter robot works very well but the app makes the whole set-up essentially not usable. They should have kept it simple with light indicators instead of an app that is poorly designed. App crashes and loses connection consistently that requires in person reset. Good product otherwise ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2026-04-23, version 1.0.16* Really hope someone sees this because I love the actual liter box, but hate that this is what I have to use to interface with it. The UI sucks, screens are glitchy, and it constantly logs me out without notifying me, so I’m missing the notifications for when the litter box is full. This app does leave me wanting. I really don’t like videos as the only documentation for the product. I have been using this for app and litterbox for 5 months. Had my first problem with the App and the device loosing connection. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it and re-add the box. Hope that doesn’t happen again.
