We have a 3 year old rescue, you may ask why get pet insurance on a rescue? Because we love our dog! Our monthly payment is $39.04. Our deductible per year is $250, after the deductible Fursure pays 90% of our vet bills including meds. As of today not even a year later they have paid $800.12. That is after we paid our $250 deductible and our 10%. This was from crazy stuff that you would not expect to happen. Their claims process is incredibly quick, but more importantly, it’s fair. We rescued a dog over the summer who unexpectedly developed diabetes a few months later. It was a tough situation, but Fursure supported us every step of the way and made the whole experience far less stressful. They truly go above and beyond for their customers, and I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know. Even our dog’s ophthalmologist was so impressed that she’s started mentioning Fursure to her other clients! I’ve been with them idk 2/3 years now … I find out today after my deposit hit that my acct is closed. Apparently they’re banking partner changed and something had to be signed to move the account over. They apparently sent an email and looking back this whole transition was notified in one month but no mailings, no app notifications nothing that would actually be noticed. I travel for work & I dont stare at my email so this was CRAZY to me. Sincere closed their doors too and notified me by text, email and by app notification so I know it’s possible. Due to this my deposit was rejected and now I have to wait days to get it to another bank. Once I got the card it had been easy to use. I love that you get points not just on pet products like coffee, groceries etc. the points add up. You redeem points for vet appointments. I have already received over 100 back. The app is user friendly and the customer service is by far the best I’ve had with a banking company. I think anyone who has pets should definitely use this card. They are always trying to make it better for their members. They are currently doing a beta for a wellness program that I am testing out. Hardly ever able to log in, none of the discount options are valid with ANY of the sites/companies listed. Over all, either trash the card idea or invest in a better developed app with a more interactive and rewarding feature. I’ll give them a few more pay periods to work on this.
