Passcode to sign in is never very responsive and selecting things sometimes isn’t either. I’ve been trying to log in for 4 days now and I get nothing. Even if it simply launched an in-app browser window, since the investment site is technically different than the HSA site. Unfortunately, you still have to use the web browser for this option. Also, the App Store description states that one of the features the ability to transfer funds to the investment account. I’ve been through every menu option and this is not available as described. ### 5/5 — Great app for FSA and HSA works great *2020-11-05, version 1.7.4* I like taking pictures with the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pays almost no interest; fees to invest *2025-03-10, version 2.3.6* I’m required to use this company for my HSA. However, they keep 1k of my money in a bank account that earns .05% interest, in a world where 4% is common. You can choose to invest money in excess of 1000, but you have to go through their schwab agreement and pay $18 for that privilege. They also make you submit forms that are not required by law to make eligible health expense withdrawals. What’s to like? If they allowed us choices among HSA providers, no one would choose this option. Also, not legally a bank. ### 1/5 — Apps down. *2024-06-11, version 2.3.3* No longer lets me log into my app anymore and if I long in through a web user it doesn’t show me my balance. Hopefully there’s a number to call for a balance on the card.
