There should be way more flexibility with moving the map and zooming in/out. For a game that is very dependent on finding and searching for Dracula, it’s very tricky to navigate the map. The problem this game has is during combat, Dracula will not select a card after the third round and the game just stops. So far I have not had any issues playing it online with one other person using an iPad Pro. We have been playing against the AI Dracula and it does well enough considering we are beginners to the game. To improve the game the map edges need to be more visible as it is hard to view them if you do not have a character on the space to zoom in. The game statistics do not seem to completely populate, but they are no relevant to the actually game play. I would like to see toggle that shows the city names. ### 2/5 — Poor conversion of a classic game *2022-01-03, version 4.0.0* Was so looking forward to this, especially as it was done by Nomad Games. But it needs more work, a few simple tweaks by the developers would improve it greatly. ### 2/5 — Fury of Dracula *2021-05-13, version 3.3.0* So many issues, hunters not receiving equipment when selected, Dracula moving 3 roads away instead of 2 when using escape as bat, unable to move hunters to selected location, poor interface, lack of scrolling map etc. I have the physical board game and love it this app is a shabbily created version of this great board game. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Glitches mid game *2026-06-27* While playing the game, the characters (hunters) refuse to move and the locations turn red but they just don’t move. So we choose other things to do to keep the game going to go to Dracula’s turn to hope it resets itself. It gets to Dracula’s turn and it completely shuts down and nothing can be chosen. We’ve played 3 games and all 3 games have ended up like this so we’ve just bought the board game and playing that. Please let us know when you’ve fixed this major glitch to the game. ### 1/5 — Freezes *2025-10-10* I really enjoyed learning how to play this game. As I continued to play, a card allows me to place roadblocks on roads or tracks. When I try to place a roadblock token, nothing happens. I’ve touched every inch of the screen and NOTHING. Touched every road, track, city, character…….nothing. The game will not continue because it won’t allow me to place a roadblock. I’d end the game and start a new one. When the roadblock comes up again…..same issue. Am I doing something wrong? ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-04-05, version 6.1.0* Malísima implementación en iPhone. If you could scroll around the map that would be fine. Instead you an useless zoom toggle button that gets you way too close to part of the map you aren’t interested in. Fix this and this would be five stars. It is the simplest basic functionality that is ruining your product. Well the ai is bad too but whatever. That would take work to fix. Scrolling shouldn’t. ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2021-06-22, version 3.3.0* Random crashes: once during tutorial when trying to cycle through combat cards, two others during a local hunters vs AI Dracula game: immediately after confirming to use Mina's ability, another after confirming to pass a turn without taking any action. All this in about one hour total. Seemingly every time after switching to another app while in a local game it always has to reload from scratch and I have to go through the menus to resume the local game. Parts of the map are obstructed by UI overlays and in one case made it almost impossible to move a character from Lisbon to Cadiz despite changing zoom level. Auto zoom can otherwise make poor choices, often obscuring many legal moves. Again just one hour of play so it's a small sample size but with the crashes I don't think I have the patience to see both the tutorial and even a single game through to completion. Using iPad 6th gen with iOS 14.4.2 ### 1/5 — crashes at startup *2021-03-06, version 3.1.0* Title says it all. App crashes after couple of seconds, at around 60% of the loading bar. No change as of v3.0.2. I’m very disappointed. Allows you to play solo and learn the game! ### 5/5 — Incredibly fun *2025-01-21* This game is so much fun to play 1v1 as it has a natural progression to it that builds suspense and action as you go. Well worth the low price. I recommend getting the game and clicking on the link on its main page to the discord where you can find opponents to play on the “looking for fury” tab. La lengua de contacto más usada es el inglés. ¡Se realizan incluso torneos! Hay canales en Youtube con tutoriales, trucos y consejos de la versión online de Fury of Dracula: buscad a Scotsword o Quincy Morris entre otros. Cuanto más se juega más engancha, ya que las estrategias son complejas y eso es un gran reto. However, one problem I am having is seeing the roads, as they are very pale and on a dark background. As a red-green colour blind gamer, it’s very difficult for me to see the roads, which is frustrating. Can there please be an option to change the road colour, e.g. to yellow or blue, to enhance their contrast with the background? Great adaptation for iPad and the cross-platform support works fantastically. You simply create a room and friends can join from a PC or iPad or any device that can run the game by simply joining your room. Humans play better than the AI currently by D’s are working to improve that.
