Your Fuse administrator can contact our support team on your behalf, if needed. ### 3/5 — Good Improvement *2017-12-18, version 1.2.0* The new design is much better than the previous app. It looks cleaner and more functional. However, the the lack of an iPad version is really disappointing and stopping the service being as useful as it could be. We often think of our smartphones as the hub to everything, and when it comes to work, all I really want to be is efficient and have answers as instant as I ask them. Cuts out emails (thank you), improves my team collaboration and means we’re up to date with the latest info / version of things. I now only receive emails from external people, so my work flow is way more productive. ### 3/5 — Mediocre, half-cocked app *2018-07-03, version 1.4.0* Fuse is a good idea. However, the app isn’t all that. Certain articles crash the app (every time), articles aren’t easy to find and there doesn’t seem to be much logic in the article organisation algorithms. I’d use the web app instead, but the layouts are worse on that, as well as loading times being, quite frankly, ridiculous, even with a content blocker enabled.
