The delivery fee is ridiculous. I believe in good tipping but not when I am paying $6.00 to have someone deliver 1/2 mile. Almost reaching Platinum Status and now points are just…gone? The system was not broken. I am so confused by the “New” App offering next to nothing for those rewards I had and I feel it’s very unintuitive with any discounts you get. And it doesn’t hurt that they’ll drop you a couple $$ in the app to come get something. Be just the little pick me up I need on a hard day of momming! Most of them are missing ### 1/5 — No More Rewards Program *2024-02-16, version 4.01* The new updated app removed the entire rewards program. I had a decent amount saved up in there as well. I lived FUSIAN’s reward program. It is no longer existent due to new app. It brought me in the store. ### 1/5 — Huge downgrade *2024-01-21, version 4.01* Huge downgrade from the original app, FUSIAN changed the company who manages the app for them, did away with reward points, cannot fully customize a bowl when going through checkout, the custom bowl option doesn’t even give you access to everything they have in store. It’s easier to go to the store and check out with a QR code but no, they removed that feature as well. You basically can’t customize a bowl to its fullest extent without going online and looking at the full menu separately. I needed to change the zip code on my credit card because I have multiple cards and addresses, had to add and remove credit card multiple times because you can’t fully edit your card. I got an online credit and went to use it at the store and got rejected since it was too late to place an online order but yet the store was still open, drove there and couldn’t even use a credit! I am trying again now because I love FUSIANs food, I was almost a platinum member and a regular customer about 2x a week before they took my points away. Huge disappointment from the previous app, I am struggling to see the benefits of the new app other than FUSIAN possibly moving towards a more corporate management structure. ### 1/5 — Serious downgrade *2024-01-18* The new update has removed the points / rewards system. There are no more status level (silver, gold, etc) and no more benefits for birthdays or special deals. There seems to be no point to this app anymore, might as well order in the restaurant (since this does not take long at all). Very disappointing and this has definitely made me less likely to be eating at FUSIAN going forward. ### 1/5 — Miss old app w/points *2024-01-08* I don’t get to earn points now because I go into the store to order my food. This was automatically linked to one of my credit cards; I can’t access the back end to switch it to a different credit card which I actually use more often. Users should have the ability to link the card of their choice to their account. Unfortunately I think I may need to start a new account to fix this issue. Customer support in the app points you to the local store for help. I’ve came AT LEAST once a week or twice. The prices are fair and the reward system is useful. Their drinks are amazing too! Every time we go it’s always a pleasure, the wait isn’t too long, the employees are respectful and the delivery is always in order and speedy. Consecutively every single time we’ve ordered we have one special order and they have yet to fail it. It just shows how attentive they really are with their customers. I love this restaurant and the food it gives!!
